We are based in Gillingham, Kent. We cover the whole of Kent and most of the surrounding areas. We are happy to consider projects further afield, please contact us to discuss.

We consider all projects on a case by case basis. We endeavour to make our services as accessible as possible regardless of your financial situation. 

Material costs and any waste clearance costs are due in advance in order to source and secure materials and book your waste clearance. If any further materials are required during the works, you will be notified and invoiced separately. 

Labour costs are to be paid as per your invoice, this is usually every Friday for any works taking more than 5 days to complete, otherwise labour costs are due on completion of works.

We endeavour to foresee all material and labour costs upfront, however, occasionally things are unearthed during projects that are unavoidable. We will always notify you of any additional works required as they become known and give you a choice of how to proceed. 

As long as you are located within Kent, we will provide a free no obligation quote in person. We are happy to discuss all potential works via telephone conversation and/or video call outside of Kent and South East London.

Once your project has been surveyed in person, we request your email address to provide our Free No Obligation Quotation. Each quote is valid for 14 days, if accepted a separate invoice will be produced for review.

As each project is assessed on a case by case basis, we do not have a set price list to be viewed. However, we guarantee our prices to be highly competitive and are more than happy to discuss once a quote has been issued.
